If you are here because of something in your logs

This machine is a middle relay for ΦNET, a volunteer-run anonymity network. It exchanges encrypted traffic only with other relays inside the network and never opens connections to services on the open internet, so it cannot have originated a connection to your systems.

If your logs show traffic from this address reaching an ordinary service, something else on this host, a spoofed source address, or a reassigned IP are all likelier explanations — and the operator would genuinely like to know about it.

The relay keeps no record of what passes through it: no source addresses, no destinations, no content. Nothing is retained to disclose.

What ΦNET is

ΦNET routes traffic through a chain of independently operated relays so that no single one of them knows both who is talking and what is being said. Each relay, including this one, sees only the hop before it and the hop after.

That is the whole design, and it is why the answers on the notice tab are "nothing is stored" rather than "we choose not to share it".
